The Inclusive Solutions (IS) engagement team has an opportunity for a Community Partner focused on events to join their team. The IS engagement team leads planning and logistics for Prudential's initiatives with external partners for events, conferences, galas, etc. This work helps to amplify our social impact and business value to enhance Prudential's brand and reputation and support enterprise goals and objectives. The Community Partner will lead a portfolio of local partnerships and engagements supporting our business growth efforts and brand and reputation narrative. They will be expected to manage events including budgets and planning, manage internal and external relationships, work cross-functionally, collaborate, and analyze data for impact reporting. This role will report directly to the Director of Engagements & Planning. The current employee work arrangement for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business.
