About The Position

Under the direction of the Director of Operations/Clinic Director, the Clinic Manager I implements and is accountable to the Practice Operations Council (POC) and the Administrative Director. Working with the POC, the Clinic Manager I has full responsibility, authority and accountability for the performance of the assigned practice. Remains responsible for physician relations, communications, management of all non-provider staff (clinical matters will include direction from the affected provider), practice revenue cycle management, Site-Specific Action Plans (SSAP), physical clinic, operations, education and training, supply inventory, etc. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Requirements

• Associate's Degree - From an accredited educational institution or Combination of 2 years equivalent education and/or experience.
• 2 years - Healthcare experience.
• 1 year - Supervisory experience.

Nice To Haves

• 2 years - Practice management experience.
• Lean process improvement experience.
• Bachelor's Degree - Business, Healthcare Administration or Nursing from an accredited educational institution.
