Unlock Health is seeking a high-performing individual who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment to serve as an Associate Manager on the Growth Acceleration team. The Associate Manager will lead key growth initiatives, focusing on driving revenue growth through current and new clients across both formal and non-formal pitches/proposals. This role is ideal for a result-oriented, relationship-driven professional with a deep understanding of marketing services, ideally in healthcare, and proven experience in agency account management (advertising, marketing, or communications) or similar client-facing roles. You will be responsible for fully delivering and executing enterprise opportunities, cultivating relationships with key internal decision-makers, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions that meet client and prospect needs, as well as organizational growth objectives. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and enjoys a mix of strategic work and hands-on execution. Key responsibilities would span across business development opportunities, team operations, process standardization/optimization, and team alignment. This position reports to the Growth Office’s Director and collaborates with the broader Growth Acceleration team.
