About The Position

The Associate Manager of 7NOW Delivery and 7-Eleven Gold Pass Subscription will report to the Senior Manager of the Brand, Advertising, Media and Integrated Planning Team and is responsible for the marketing strategy, planning and execution of 7NOW Delivery and 7-Eleven Gold Pass Subscription campaigns that resonate with existing and growth customers across media channels. Effective advertising starts with understanding the customer. This role will work closely with our insights team to understand key drivers of consumer behavior and turn those insights into actionable marketing strategies and plans. The Associate Manager also works closely with agency and analytics teams to define a measurement strategy and report results to leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4yr Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of Relevant Work Experience
  • In depth understanding of common brand, advertising and media best practices
  • Effective communication, including writing, speaking, active listening and presenting to various levels and stakeholders
  • Multitasking and time management that allow for working on several campaigns at once
  • Collaboration skills when working on projects with agencies and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Understand and consistently evaluate the brands' core and growth target segments and the competitive landscape through management of research and analysis
  • Collaborate with the Digital Products Team to understand business strategy and objectives and translate them into brand and marketing strategy and goals
  • Oversee the brand strategy, ad production and media planning for 7NOW Delivery and 7-Eleven Gold Pass Subscription to ensure campaigns are resonating with the target audience and delivering business results
  • Plan and work with cross-functional partners and agencies to execute paid, owned, earned and shared media support for 7NOW and Gold Pass across six sales plan periods and occasion-based mini campaigns (i.e., Super Bowl, Halloween, etc.)
  • Support new verticals for 7NOW delivery by partnering with marketplace and restaurant partners on marketing opportunities to drive consideration and conversion - including brand guidelines, creative asset management, etc.
  • Consistently manage and test advertising efforts to ensure they're engaging customers over time and delivery efficient results
  • Manage and present marketing QBRs with Marketing and Digital Products Leadership Teams
