About The Position

About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Manager to support the execution for our batch email, SMS, and Push notification programs. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of seasonal messages, promotional messages, loyalty communications, and more. Working closely with the Manager, this person will ensure flawless execution of briefing, QA, calendar management, and reporting which will help guide our messaging strategy. The ideal candidate will be consumer-obsessed, proactive, collaborative, and eager to support our growing brand.

Requirements

• Experience in email, SMS, and Push or other digital marketing campaign execution.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Collaborative and proactive mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced team
• Understanding of customer behavior and trends.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with DTC brands or brands with a digital-first presence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program operations: Own day-to-day operations for seasonal messages, promotional messages, loyalty communications, and other batch communications.
• Maintain campaign calendars: Ensure timely delivery and flawless execution of all messages & testing initiatives.
• Perform QA: Responsible for QA process to ensure campaign accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with creative/copy, merch, commercial planning, and production to ensure alignment and smooth execution of messaging strategy.
• Utilize data and analytics: Assist in pulling performance data and to garner insights and inform strategy.
• Consumer-obsessed approach: Possess a customer-first mindset.
