About The Position

Join the Getty Images affiliate team to help shape and execute the affiliate and partnership strategy for iStock and Getty Images. In this role, you’ll work across diverse partnerships, commercial models, and global markets to drive growth and deliver measurable impact. Requirements

  • 3 years of hands-on affiliate marketing experience, including managing or supporting a global affiliate program.
  • You have strong analytical skills and data driven approach; you’re well versed in analysis with a high level of accuracy. Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and Looker (or other BI tools like Power BI or Tableau) is required. Expert proficiency with Impact (or comparable affiliate platforms).
  • You understand affiliate tracking technologies (e.g., pixel vs. server‑to‑server, parameters/subIDs, deep links) and attribution standards (and how they align to program policies). You can troubleshoot discrepancies, coordinate fixes, and maintain data integrity.
  • You can monitor fraud risk, compliance issues, and tracking anomalies, and enforce alignment with brand, legal, and affiliate program policies.
  • You can build recurring and ad‑hoc reports, translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations, and support budgets/forecasts with a high degree of accuracy.
  • You have experience managing a portfolio of partners (or supporting a senior manager), optimizing placements/rates/promos, and contributing to recruitment and onboarding within approved commercial frameworks.
  • You have experience across multiple partner types (content, coupon, B2B, cashback, influencer/creator).
  • You can run concurrent initiatives, define scope/milestones, manage dependencies, and keep documentation current and stakeholders informed.
  • You write and present clearly and concisely; you tailor content to audiences and work effectively with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Product/API, PR, SEO, Legal, Finance).
  • You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and support collaboration across teams to move work forward.

  • Experience with influencer marketing and developing unique campaigns to align with company initiatives.
  • Experience negotiating commercial terms or supporting contract execution.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Management & Optimization: Working with team leaders, you will proactively track performance for assigned partners, identify and raise opportunities for growth and optimization in a timely manner, and oversee execution of identified areas by developing detailed plans and reporting on its success. You will proactively set meetings and be involved in discussions and strategic planning sessions with partners to deliver profitable growth for the business.
  • Testing, Reporting & Analysis: You will get to analyze partner, country, and customer performance at the channel and partner level to inform plans and budgets. You will build recurring and ad‑hoc reports, translate data into actionable insights, and recommend tests and strategy changes that support core objectives.
  • Tracking, Attribution & Compliance: You will monitor internal and affiliate platform data to flag and resolve fraud risk, compliance issues, and tracking anomalies. You will ensure tracking aligns with attribution standards and program policies, inclusive of brand and legal requirements, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate timely fixes.
  • Recruitment: With guidance from leadership, you will proactively identify, evaluate, and prioritize new partner opportunities, lead outreach, and develop business proposals to secure partnerships. You will manage onboarding end‑to‑end inclusive of contract execution, commercial discussions within approved frameworks, and post‑launch optimization and monitoring.
  • Project Management: You will have the opportunity to assist in the management of projects across partners, internal teams, and third parties. You will be responsible for clarifying scope, milestones, owners, and timelines. You will document plans, drive execution, communicate status, and conduct post‑launch analyses while surfacing risks and dependencies and keeping initiatives on track.
  • Collaboration & Communication: You will have the opportunity to partner closely with cross-functional teams, including API, Product, PR, and SEO, to deliver improvements that elevate partner performance and customer value. You will provide ideas and develop structured proposals for execution supported by complete documentation, data, and analysis and present recommendations tailored to the audience.
  • Competition & Industry Monitoring: You will conduct frequent audits of competitor activity and monitor industry trends and publisher innovations. You will synthesize insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership and track adoption and impact to ensure iStock and Getty Images remain competitive.
