About The Position

As an Associate you will be an integral part of our Tax Controversy team representing clients. Responsibilities Work hand-in-hand with a team of Attorneys to manage and prepare client cases. Draft various discovery and positions for clients Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs and appendices Participate in client interviews, witness preparation and other tactical matters. Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and draft memorandum for use in briefing Demonstrate strong advocacy skills and aptitude for learning new concepts and procedures Work with clients including C-level Executives and advise them on corporate matter Do Work That Matters. alliantgroup. #LI-CH1 alliantgroup, LP is currently experiencing explosive growth! Requirements

  • Four-year college degree is required
  • Excellent written skills required
  • Strong client service, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Occasional travel may be required
