We’re excited to be hiring our first US-based Commercial Legal Counsel - marking an important milestone for our growing legal team. This will need to be someone who is New York based and will serve as our dedicated legal presence in the Americas. The rest of our established and collaborative legal team is based in London, so we're looking for someone confident and capable of working autonomously on US commercial transactions, while staying closely aligned with legal leadership. You will be the go-to legal partner for our US Sales and Revenue teams, taking ownership of contracting matters across the Americas. This includes leading the negotiation of SaaS customer agreements and strategic partnerships. While you’ll work daily with the US business teams, your direct reporting line will be to the Head of Legal in London, requiring both independence and strong cross-border collaboration. As a key member of a lean, high-impact team in a fast-scaling business, we’re looking for someone proactive, thoughtful, and commercially minded who is excited by the opportunity to build, partner, and grow. You’ll be expected to work on-site in our New York office at least two days a week. We’re looking for someone who not only has the skills we need today but also the potential to take on more as we grow together.
