Requirements

2-6 years of experience in NY public sector labor law or employment law
Experience working directly with clients on HR and employment law matters
Experience speaking in front of groups
Organized, detail-oriented, self-directed individual with strong project management skills and the ability to work independently on multiple tasks with competing deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The wisdom to know when you don’t know something, and the confidence to admit it and ask for help
