Job Summary Crowell & Moring LLP, seeks a highly qualified Associate to join our Labor & Employment practice Group in our San Francisco office.
Requirements
- We are seeking candidates with approximately 3 to 4 years of experience in employment litigation, with focus on California employment law.
- Familiarity with a broad range of labor and employment law issues including state and federal anti-discrimination laws, labor laws, leave laws, executive employment agreements, pay equity matters, and/or non-competition and trade secret matters, is preferred.
- Expertise in brief writing, written discovery, depositions, and investigations is a plus.
- All candidates should have excellent academic credentials as well as highly developed organizational, writing and analytical skills.
- Candidates must be a member, in good standing, of the California Bar.

- The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $290,000.
- Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus.
