About The Position

At Four Seasons Produce, the Associate Key Account Manager plays a key role in supporting and growing our Fresh business within major customer accounts. This position is responsible for managing assigned categories and programs, driving day-to-day execution, and building strong customer relationships. You’ll partner closely with Key Account Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver results, improve performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This is a great opportunity to build commercial and account management skills, with a clear path toward a Key Account Manager role. Location: Ephrata, PA

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, account management, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to analyze basic sales and operational data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow in a customer-facing role

Responsibilities

  • Own Your Categories: Manage assigned categories or programs within key accounts, including performance, execution, and growth initiatives.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for your categories, maintaining strong relationships and delivering responsive, high-quality service.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Identify opportunities through item expansion, promotions, and program development to support revenue growth.
  • Align with Account Strategy: Partner with Key Account Managers to ensure category strategies support broader account goals.
  • Monitor Performance: Track key metrics such as sales trends, fill rates, credits, and service levels—taking action to improve results.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Procurement, Operations, Logistics, and Quality Control to ensure seamless execution.
  • Support Business Reviews: Prepare reports, insights, and presentations for customer meetings; share category-level updates as needed.
  • Execute with Accuracy: Oversee item setup, pricing execution, promotions, and day-to-day account maintenance.
