Morgan Stanley Services Group Inc seeks an Associate, Java Developer in New York, New York. Analyze, design, code, test, and maintain large-scale, distributed applications. Develop and enhance an inhouse system that manages the lifecycle processing of asset servicing events. Conduct all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Assist in renovating the Firm's Global Asset Servicing technology platform from legacy mainframe to distributed technology stack. Responsible for production root cause analysis, performance tuning, testing, raising bugs, minor code fixes, and ongoing maintenance upgrades.
