Requirements

  • Previous experience providing technical support or working in an IT or helpdesk-related role
  • A passion for technology and learning new systems
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Google Workspace environments
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • A calm, problem-solving mindset — you’re good under pressure and eager to learn
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to follow (and improve) processes
  • Must be at least 25 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (or equivalent) in all applicable states
  • Must meet all state requirements to work in a licensed cannabis facility
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tech setup tasks
  • Ability to crawl under desks, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to drive to off-site retail locations as needed

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for basic IT support requests — both remotely and in person
  • Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Set up and support POS systems, printers, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Help users with Google Workspace and other core platforms
  • Support both Windows and Mac environments
  • Use and update an IT ticketing system to track issues and resolutions
  • Communicate clearly with all levels of the organization — from store teams to execs
  • Track IT assets and support basic inventory processes
  • Travel to local retail sites for on-site support (in a company vehicle)
  • Be flexible for occasional off-hours support requests
