Apply now and discover a career where your contributions are valued, your growth is supported, and your work makes a lasting impact Job Summary The Associate IT Provisioning Specialist is responsible for assisting IT leadership to procure goods and services, including but not limited to data and telecom services, hardware and software. Works with approved vendors to ensure orders are accurately processed, correctly coded in the GL system, and owners are appropriately informed on status.

Requirements

  • Experience in asset management and procurement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient Excel skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple procurement projects simultaneously
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Requires broad knowledge of operational systems and practices.
  • Typically requires high school diploma or equivalent and minimum 4 years relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Procure internet and phone services for new communities, division offices, sales and operation sites.
  • Act as project manager for new Community setup.
  • Work with division assigned Field engineers to locate available service providers and monitor the process for start to finish of installation and proper billing.
  • Process disconnects timely.
  • Procure IT hardware and online software for assigned markets.
  • Process requests received from case ticketing system, ensure appropriate budget approval, and follow process controls to execute purchase.
  • Confirm and maintain sufficient accurate data records in the company ticket management system to ensure stakeholders are properly informed on status and asset information.
  • Implement process updates and efficiencies as agreed upon.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
