Your Future Team As an Associate IT Project Manager, you will coordinate and execute IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in project management, with a focus on developing foundational skills and gaining hands-on experience.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Up to 5 years of experience in IT project management or a related field.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and project management principles.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CAPM, ITIL, or similar are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Project Activities
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects, ensuring all project activities are aligned with project goals and timelines.
  • Monitor Project Progress
  • Track project milestones, manage risk and issue logs, and ensure timely completion of key activities.
  • Support Resource Management
  • Assist in resource forecasting and allocation to ensure project needs are met.
  • Maintain Project Documentation
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
  • Mentorship and Learning
  • Work closely with senior project managers to gain insights and mentorship, developing your project management skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of project management practices.
