Requirements

• Passion for media/advertising
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization skills, and multi-tasking capabilities
• Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities
• Ability to be flexible and be a team player

• Proficiency at Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of clients’ goals and strategies, while handling ad-hoc client requests
• Assist in inputting and tracking buys and pulling system reports
• Manage the posting process by analyzing and monitoring network schedules and performances
• Review billing discrepancies with buyers and resolve in a timely manner
• Compile research data to help the planning teams ensure client is reaching target audience
• Learn how to develop audience estimates for programming
