About The Position

Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to maintain accurate inventory of finished goods across the Lamb Weston North American network. You will be responsible for the day-to-day resolution of internal and external warehouse and inventory reporting and reconciliation issues and will support customer orders and shipments.

Requirements

• 2 years of relevant experience in warehousing, inventory, etc.
• 2-year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a team player and willing to work in a team environment

Nice To Haves

• ERP experience with SAP S4 HANA preferred.
• The ability to simultaneously handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manually Post Goods Issue, Post Goods Receive and key adjustments of 3PL documents.
• Review IDOC errors from 3PL EDI transaction uploads.
• Follow up on inventory variances and errors to resolve in a timely manner.
• Perform daily and weekly inventory reconciliations with 3PL to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Communicate open issues clearly and consistently to manufacturing plant and 3PL locations for resolution.
• Cross train with department members and be able to provide back up support.
• Travel to plant/warehouse locations for annual physical inventory audits
