Cadmus is seeking an Associate to support the Economic Engagement and Private Sector Development team, specifically the US APEC-RISE program. This program aims to strengthen the policy environment across the Asia-Pacific region to foster inclusive economic growth, advance regional economic cooperation, and expand markets for U.S. goods and services. The program provides technical, operational, and material assistance to APEC economies, including policy analysis, case study development, capacity building, and the design and implementation of workshops. It supports regional priorities through tailored technical expertise and collaboration with public and private sector stakeholders, managed by the U.S. Department of State. The Associate will be part of an integrated project team, focusing on coordination and day-to-day implementation of multiple technical workstreams. This involves close collaboration with State/EAP, U.S. interagency counterparts, consultants, and regional partners to ensure program activities align with approved work plans, timelines, and budgets. The role demands strong organization, clear communication, and attention to detail. The Associate is expected to develop an understanding of relevant policy areas and may assume greater responsibility over time. Additionally, the Associate may support other Cadmus projects and business development efforts as needed. Cadmus provides technology-empowered advisory and implementation services to government, commercial, and other private organizations globally, aiming to help clients achieve transformative goals through digital solutions and expertise. The company values team players and problem solvers who contribute unique perspectives to deliver impactful solutions.
