This role is part of the North American (NORAM) sales team. The NORAM sales team is responsible for generating new business across all Hospitality product lines and for ensuring the renewal of existing products. The Associate Inside Sales Representative is responsible of generating new business by prospecting potential clients, understanding their needs, ensuring an Amadeus product would be a good fit and setting up a demonstration of the product. This role will communicate with the appropriate Director of Sales regarding the prospect and the upcoming demonstration. You may also be responsible for responding to inbound leads generated through external marketing efforts. Associate Inside Sales Representatives will spend approximately 75% of their time making outbound phone calls to prospective customers. The balance of their time will be spend on e-mail follow up, account documentation, internal communication and internal meetings. The ideal candidate will be seeking their first experience in a corporate environment. Associate Inside Sales Representatives should preferably have college degree and some experience in the hospitality industry. Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred!
