As a Client Service Delivery Associate II within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and operational support to our clients. Your role will be responsible for managing some of the Top Tier Brokerage client relationship and supporting the global corporate actions teams . The team is tasked with resolving queries, managing exceptions and coordinating elections on the voluntary events.
