About The Position

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Placement Specialist. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution. We will count on you to: Develop and implement placement strategies to meet client needs and achieve growth goals, providing exceptional client service. Facilitate submission of coverage specifications, obtain quotes from carriers, and bind coverage with accuracy and compliance. Build and maintain strong relationships with practice teams, insurance markets, clients, carriers, and underwriters to deliver cohesive client service. Advise clients and internal teams on changing insurance and risk management market conditions, supporting client retention and new business production. Drive senior placement and technical support activities, ensuring procedural compliance, accurate data management, and contract execution.

Requirements

• Significant risk expertise and deep knowledge of the insurance industry and carriers.
• Experience in placement strategy development and execution.
• Strong communication skills to advise management and clients on market trends and client issues.
• Ability to manage complex logistics and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
• Proven track record in client service and relationship management.
