About the Team: The Finance & Strategy team works cross-functionally and supports growth, innovation, strategic initiatives, and capital investments. It's a highly impactful and dynamic team that focuses on business strategy, financial plans including budgets and our long-term strategic plan, KPI development and management, materials for our Board of Directors, fundraising and corporate development activities. About the Role: Partner cross-functionally with Vehicle Architecture, Engineering, and Corporate Functions to drive integrated financial planning and alignment with strategic priorities. Lead financial reviews with senior leadership, providing insights on cost drivers, organizational efficiency, and long-range trends. Collaborate with Program Finance and Business Operations to ensure financial accuracy and cross-functional consistency across vehicle and corporate activities. Drive process improvements in planning, reporting, and cost management to enhance decision-making for architecture and corporate functions. Design and scale reporting tools and dashboards that improve visibility into organizational performance, resource allocation, and investment trade-offs.
