FHI 360 is seeking an Associate II – Corporate and Foundation Partnerships to support the growth of the organization’s partnerships with corporations, affiliated foundations and private philanthropy. Reporting to the Director, Corporate and Foundation Partnerships, this role sits within the Account Management and Engagement team in the Strategy and Resource Mobilization group. The Associate plays a key role in supporting account strategy, business development, and partner engagement across a portfolio of high-priority corporate and foundation funders. The position helps ensure that FHI 360’s engagement with these partners is strategic, insight-driven, and actively managed. The Associate provides both strategic and operational support to cross-departmental teams by contributing to account planning, partner engagement strategies, and business development efforts. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing market and client intelligence, preparing client-facing materials, supporting the cultivation of priority funding relationships, and assisting with funder communications. The Associate also helps track progress against strategic goals and promotes the accurate and effective use of the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system (Salesforce), supporting data quality, coordination, and workflow improvements across teams. Note: FHI 360 is hiring two Associate II roles concurrently—one focused on Corporate and Foundation Partnerships and one on Multilateral and Bilateral Partnerships.
