As an Associate I, you'll build solutions that help state, local, and Federal clients better prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters. To be successful in this role, you'll need to excel in four key areas: Project Work: Manage or support emergency management planning, training, exercise, or outreach projects; produce high-quality deliverables based on contractual requirements, while working within a healthy timeline, budget, and team environment Client Relationship Management: Communicate effectively with clients and provide reliable service to build trusting relationships and align solutions with their needs Subject-Matter Expertise: Apply emergency management knowledge to identify solutions, thinking from the perspective of the client Leadership and Culture: Work collaboratively with project team members by aligning expectations, building processes, and ensuring 360-degree feedback that is timely, candid, and supportive Every CONSTANT team member is expected to proactively contribute to our positive and collaborative culture by upholding our core values of integrity, service, quality, team, and gratitude.
