What You'll Do: Be the Heartbeat of Our Workforce: Connect with employees daily, build relationships and understand their needs, concerns, and aspirations. Drive Employee Engagement: Collaborate with employees and leaders to cultivate a positive workplace culture that inspires everyone to thrive. Champion Change: Act as a bridge between management and employees, advocating for their needs and helping to implement initiatives that enhance the employee experience. Requirements

• Experience in Human Resources or related field
• Experience with project management and execution

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Human Resources certification(s)
• 1+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP).
• Experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible HR presence on the manufacturing floor for real-time engagement and solutions.
• Promote open communication and guide discussions to collaboratively resolve workplace issues positively and fairly.
• Administer HR programs, policies, and practices, serving as a subject matter expert in areas like performance support and leadership coaching.
• Partner with manufacturing managers to deploy HR initiatives that align with operational goals and address workforce challenges.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to understand and implement HR programs in specific areas.
• Keep records of employee interactions and resolutions, ensuring follow-up actions are taken.
• Identify recurring employee concerns or trends and report these to HR leadership for proactive solutions.
• Serve as a trusted partner and resource for employees at all levels, addressing concerns and providing guidance on company policies.
• Be a visible champion of Boeing’s values, modeling our expectations through consistent employee interactions.
