From orientation and onboarding through recognition, surveys, events, and offboarding. You will lead key programs and initiatives that strengthen culture, foster connection, and support Rain Makers throughout their journey. By combining hands-on coordination with continuous improvement, this role helps ensure a positive and consistent experience for all Rain Makers.
