In this Associate HR Business Partner (HRBP) role, you will join a team of HRBPsin supporting the implementation of various HR programs, providing human resource services to team members, and partnering with leadership on human resource-related issues. The successful Associate HRBP will formulate solid partnerships and deliver value-added service that reflects the organization's business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related field
  • Prior experience in Human Resource administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service approach
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic understanding of benefit design (legal requirements) preferred
  • Familiarity with employment law
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
  • Certified Business Professional (CBP)
  • Experience with Oracle HCM
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Manager

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the HR representative for an assigned group of team members
  • Support, communicate and administer employment-related policies and practices
  • Understand and comply with all applicable Company policies and rules
  • Assist in the development of employment-related policies and practices
  • Assist team members with questions or concerns around career development, policies or leadership, or issues with fellow team members
  • Advise leaders regarding team member performance management and development issues
  • Provide support to other Human Resource functions for activities such as Onboarding, Job Fairs, Benefit Enrollment
  • Provide support during the performance review process, reviewing performance ratings and salary changes or lump sum awards for conformance to S&C standards, consistency, and market pressures
  • Participate in HR projects as requested
  • Support the evaluation of unemployment claims and challenge as needed
  • Monitor and update the HR bulletin boards for legal compliance
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
  • Attend in-person or virtual meetings as requested or required
  • Communicate effectively and respectfully with others
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
