About The Position

Reporting to the Manager HR Service Delivery, you will support enterprise leave management operations by coordinating with our third party leave administrator, strengthening compliance, enhancing digital workflows, and delivering a positive employee experience. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Support centralized leave management operations by reconciling vendor and internal time and attendance records, resolving Level 2 escalations, and ensuring Family and Medical Leave Act absences are accurately represented. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements, performing testing related to system updates and integrations, and leveraging emerging technologies to drive operational excellence. Develop and analyze ad hoc reports, monitor operational trends, and provide insights and recommendations to leadership. Collaborate with third party vendors, Human Resources Centers of Excellence, and internal partners to strengthen compliance, enhance efficiency, and execute cross functional Human Resources Service Delivery projects. Deliver high touch customer service across multiple communication channels and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of analyst or relevant experience.
  • 1+ year of Family and Medical Leave Act leave experience, including working knowledge of Family and Medical Leave Act regulations and related compliance processes.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing and optimizing business processes aligned to operational goals.
  • Self‑motivated with strong analytical and problem‑solving strengths, including a proactive approach to resolving complex or sensitive issues.
  • Solid understanding of technical concepts related to leave and benefit systems.
  • Professionalism and confidentialty when handling sensitive information.
  • Demonstrated learning agility and digital literacy, with comfort adopting and navigating new systems and technologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office analytical tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with UKG and Workday Benefits, Payroll, and Absence modules preferred.
