As a HR Benefits & Leave Specialist you will be responsible for administering the employee benefit plans and 401(k) retirement program and ensures understanding and service level details regarding all benefit maters. Additionally responsible for leave management for the agency. Work closely with department leadership, employees, and vendors to ensure accurate and compliant administration of benefits, FMLA and other leave programs, while maintaining current and precise data within the HRIS, including benefits, payroll deductions, and related records.
