Requirements

  • Minimum two years of recent experience in human resources from a professional services organization is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required or two years of equivalent experience
  • Experience working with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) such as PeopleSoft
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, focusing on continuous improvement
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ServiceNow
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and provide timely follow-through with stakeholders/customers, with the ability to meet deadlines and customer demands as needed

Responsibilities

  • Collect, maintain, and manage HR-related data in our Human Resource Information System (PeopleSoft), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality while troubleshooting data discrepancies and working with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives where data management and reporting are required
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the salary review process, providing guidance and ensuring the process's efficiency and compliance
  • Help with offshore oversight by maintaining effective communication and collaboration with relevant teams
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with HR teams to understand reporting needs and provide recommendations for data-driven solutions
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
