About The Position

The Associate HR Business Partner will take on a wide range of responsibilities within a specific market, focusing on both strategic support and practical implementation in a designated service area. This role delivers a mix of tasks and actions, such as utilizing HR tools and systems, deploying people strategies and supporting organization outcomes. Responsibilities will originally start with supporting mainly in labor relations and may someday grow into an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBPs) with a wider scope. The Associate HR Business Partner will need to collaborate with and support activities for the HRBPs and/or Chief HR Officer in their market to ensure labor strategies are achieved. The Associate HR Business Partner will help implement various HR programs and processes and may also act as a key point of contact for leaders, and Field HR. A key requirement of this role is the ability to use analytical tools to inform business decisions. The Associate HR Business Partner will ensure the quality of HR service delivery through effective collaboration with our centers of expertise (COE) specialist teams.” Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Requirements

  • 3 years Human Resources or related work experience.
  • 2 years Working as an HR Generalist or equivalent role.
  • 2 years Proficient in computer operations and well-versed in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
  • Upon hire: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) - Human Resource Certification Institute
  • Upon hire: Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
  • 1 year Ability to work in a matrixed environment and with cross functional teams
