The Graphic Designer collaboratively supports the graphics component of the seasonal design development process by coordinating with the Graphic Artist(s) and Senior Graphic Artist on the creation, executing the layout and providing input on the production of original, trend-appropriate graphics concepts for all design needs, including logos, illustrations, tags, packaging and labels for Tween Accessories.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in accessories, beauty, or product design (internships acceptable)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or related field
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign (required)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially in managing components, line assets, costing, and samples
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with PLM, line sheet, or costing software a plus

Responsibilities

  • Create initial CADs, flats, and Illustrator sketches for new product lines
  • Produce Photoshop product editing, mockups, color-ups, and presentation visuals
  • Support Designers in compiling mood boards, concept boards, and inspiration decks
  • Prepare and update line sheets and spec decks for internal review and production handoff
  • Organize and maintain design files, digital libraries, and development trackers
  • Maintain clear organization of components, trims, hardware, and other design elements
  • Track costing and timelines to ensure projects stay on schedule
  • Track and manage product samples, including receiving, reviewing, and documenting feedback
  • Collaborate with merchandising, production, and other internal teams to ensure timely execution of line development
  • Assist with revisions, feedback incorporation, and project follow-ups
  • Support competitive and market research to inform seasonal lines
  • Compile findings for internal design reviews
