Job Overview We are seeking a high performing attorney with exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for thought leadership to serve as our Associate General Counsel. You will report to and work closely with the General Counsel to lead the business across a range of legal and compliance matters, drive the adoption of AI-powered legal solutions, and play a key role in building out governance and operational excellence. You should have a strong background in corporate law, contract negotiation, dispute management, and regulatory compliance. As part of a lean, collaborative legal team, you'll have the opportunity to work across diverse legal and compliance areas while directly supporting business objectives and serving as a strategic business partner. We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same and who enjoys expanding their expertise across multiple practice areas.
