Position Summary: We are seeking an Attorney (2-5 years of experience) to join our in-house legal team supporting Acadia's real estate operations, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, financings, litigation, and public company activity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial leasing and a working understanding of the legal and business issues that arise in the ownership and operation of open-air shopping centers and urban street retail properties.
