As Senior Associate General Counsel, you will lead Booz Allen’s Corporate Compliance program, reporting directly to the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer. You will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the global anti-corruption program as well as supporting broader ethics and compliance initiatives, including risk assessments, policy development, training, and compliance monitoring. You'll monitor regulatory trends, brief leadership, shape strategic priorities, and implement program enhancements. You will engage in advising on internal investigations, third-party due diligence, candidate screening, gift and courtesy disclosures, and business transactions. In collaboration with peers in the Ethics and Compliance program and other corporate stakeholders, you will play a key role in maintaining a robust and effective compliance program and maintaining Booz Allen’s strong ethical culture. Requirements

8+ years of experience as in-house or external counsel in advising companies on anti-corruption compliance
Experience leading a program or team
Experience designing and implementing processes to facilitate compliance and drive efficiency
Experience with leveraging advanced technology and data analysis to evaluate risks and make decisions, including designing and interpreting dashboards to identify trends, key risk indicators, and root causes in compliance data
Knowledge of corporate compliance standards and best practices
Ability to conduct risk-based analysis and distill complex requirements into accessible and practical guidance
Ability to foster collaboration among different stakeholders
Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and perform ad hoc analysis under binding time constraints
JD degree
Membership in good standing of at least one state bar
