About The Position

The Associate Functional Consultant develops expertise in the Icertis platform, supporting system configuration, solution design, data mapping, reporting, and deployment activities to deliver high-quality client implementations. This role collaborates cross-functionally to gather requirements, design best-in-class solutions, and identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation and scalable improvements.

Requirements

  • 0–1 year of professional experience (internships or project experience accepted).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset with the ability to generate innovative, practical solutions to technical and operational challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or relevant postgraduate coursework is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep expertise in the Icertis product, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and solution design.
  • Support the development of automation capabilities to accelerate and optimize system configuration activities.
  • Own configuration and deployment tasks for assigned projects, ensuring high‑quality, defect‑free deliverables.
  • Build strong skills in data mapping, data transformation, report creation, and report modification.
  • Bring fresh perspectives to help streamline and optimize Professional Services processes, methodologies, tools, and templates.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and propose actionable, scalable solutions to improve productivity.
  • Independently manage internal initiatives, delivering expected outcomes within defined timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with Professional Services team members to conceptualize and design best‑in-class solutions.
  • Actively participate in requirements gathering and functional design sessions; work cross‑functionally with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
