This role partners closely with sales and sourcing to translate brand DNA, trend direction, and price targets into commercial, wearable footwear. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of women’s footwear construction, materials, and fit, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can design efficiently within tight timelines and cost parameters.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of footwear design experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Footwear, Industrial, or Fashion Design (or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of footwear construction, materials, and fit across uppers, outsoles, and tooling
  • Ability to translate trend, brand direction, and design briefs into commercial, wearable footwear
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; ability to create clear sketches, renderings, and tech packs
  • Experience partnering with product development, sourcing, and merchandising teams through the design lifecycle
  • Ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail with a collaborative, feedback-driven mindset
