Associate Financial Reporting Accountant
About The Position
Financial Reporting is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation, analysis, and presentation of an organization's financial statements and disclosures. Professionals in this job family ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies, providing critical financial insights to stakeholders and supporting strategic decision-making. Entry individual contributor in a professional role. Receives detailed instructions and works under close review and supervision in a developmental environment. Applies learned theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies to work assignments. Majority of work efforts are focused on supporting implementation or delivery of processes, programs, and/or policies and are not typically difficult or complex. Learns how to develop internal working relationships.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of financial reporting principals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred
- No previous professional experience required.
- Bachelor's degree or role-relevant experience.
Nice To Haves
- CPA certification is a plus

- Assist in preparing financial statements
