About The Position

Financial Reporting is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation, analysis, and presentation of an organization's financial statements and disclosures. Professionals in this job family ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies, providing critical financial insights to stakeholders and supporting strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of financial reporting principals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred
• Bachelor's degree or role-relevant experience.
• No previous professional experience required.

Nice To Haves

• CPA certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements
• Help maintain financial records
• Assist with audit preparation and respond to inquiries
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
• Supports the preparation and validation of financial reports by gathering data, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with reporting standards.
