About The Position
SUMMARY: The associate analyst role processes day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure daily activity is recorded timely and accurately.
Requirements
- Analytical, organization, and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to utilize and analyze data
- Strong excel capabilities
- Associates degree or higher (accounting preferred but not required)
Nice To Haves
- AICPCU courses recommended
- Bookkeeping experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Accounts payable processing (coding, payment, etc.)
- Expense reporting and variance research
- Preparation of exhibits as requested
- Resolve any reconciliation issues
- Transactional recordkeeping
- Perform clerical functions
- Improve business process efficiencies
- Cross train with other staff
- Other duties as assigned
