Associate Financial Analyst Compile and analyze basic financial information for the organization. Assist with the development of revenue/expense analyses, projections, and reports. Ensure the accuracy of financial records and help prepare reports for senior management. Associate Financial Analyst Responsibilities Include: Assists with the analysis of financial data for various projects and operations. Research relevant financial information to support analysis efforts. Prepares financial reports, including monthly and quarterly reports. Works with senior analysts to develop basic business case analysis and financial projections. Provides support in the preparation of presentations and meetings for business review. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Review and approve project setup to ensure financial compliance. Investigate root causes of variances and provide actionable project close out recommendations. Work closely with program/project managers to align financial metrics with operational goals. Collaborate with contracts, procurement, and accounting teams to streamline processes. Performs other job-related duties as assigned Associate Financial Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2 years of experience in financial analysis or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of financial accounting concepts and procedures. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with financial data and communicate findings effectively. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
