Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field and 1 – 4 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered.
  • Strong business acumen; understanding commercial terms and potential impact and risk across business units
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work across departments to resolve urgent issues
  • Experience in business process review and analysis, including financial and operational analysis and audits (FP&A)
  • Proficient with Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • SAP or other ERP system experience is plus
  • Bilingual in Korean & English

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales and SCM teams in preparing weekly channel inventory and inventory aging reports, identifying potential risks as needed.
  • Provide support in analyzing business performance from a competitive perspective and highlight areas of concern for internal meetings and discussions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to monitor and review market share trends, market analytics, and key business updates.
  • Track market trends, competitor updates, and industry developments, offering basic competitive analysis and business insights.
  • Help in setting organizational and leadership evaluation goals and track performance results on a monthly basis.
  • Participate in business updates with sales teams and assist in preparing weekly Mobile business updates.
  • Support budget processes for the assigned department, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Assist in monthly and annual financial forecasting and closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor financial trends and expenditures to identify potential cost optimization opportunities and risks.
  • Conduct variance analysis to improve forecasting accuracy and support corrective actions.
  • Review departmental expenses across different time frames to aid decision-making.
  • Evaluate departmental budgets and assess project feasibility through basic ROI and cost-benefit analysis.
