About The Position

Datadog is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Associate Field Marketing Manager to support the East NAMER region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys event logistics, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering seamless client-facing experiences. As part of the NAMER Field Marketing team, you will own the execution and operational delivery of regional programs, including hospitality events, third-party sponsorships, vendor coordination, and scalable initiatives such as event-in-a-box programs for emerging products. This role is critical in supporting pipeline-generating programs while enabling Field Marketing Managers to focus on strategic planning and product-aligned campaigns. Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, event coordination, or program support
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and dependable, with a strong sense of ownership over execution
  • Clear communicator who collaborates well across Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams
  • Process-oriented and interested in building scalable ways of working
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas thoughtfully and clearly to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with marketing or sales tools (e.g., SFDC, Marketo) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support pipeline driving activities for Mid-market East accounts, ensuring smooth delivery from planning through post-event follow-up
  • Coordinate hospitality events, executive dinners, third-party sponsorships, regional activations, and local programs
  • Manage vendors, contracts, shipping, inventory, on-site logistics, and budget tracking
  • Support scalable initiatives such as event-in-a-box kits and repeatable regional playbooks
  • Partner closely with Sales and Field Marketing Managers to align programs with territory priorities
  • Assist with campaign setup, tracking, and reporting in marketing and sales systems
  • Maintain documentation and help build processes that improve efficiency and repeatability
  • Support execution of larger Datadog programs including DASH-related initiatives, Summits, Datadog Live, and industry events like re:Invent, Google Cloud Next, RSA
