Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must possess a valid, current Driver’s License and be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier.
  • Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as squatting and climbing for extended periods.
  • Capable of working over 8 feet above grade and proficient in the use of ladders and motorized lift equipment.

Nice To Haves

  • Degree or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Controls, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of BAS integration and TCP/IP networking (including wireless).
  • Ability to explain technical info to non-technical people and work well within a team.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

  • Install, troubleshoot, and optimize DDC systems.
  • Work with the team to ensure controls, sensors, and software run right while configuring trends and alarms.
  • Maintain accurate construction records and communicate project status clearly to the team and customers
  • Travel as needed and stay adaptable to changing schedules and project locations to keep field operations on track.
  • Sharpen your skills through self-directed learning. We expect you to seek out system complexity and take on more responsibility as you advance.
