About The Position

KSNV is looking for a seasoned Facilities Maintenance Technician who will ensure the cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency of the television station. Responsibilities Will perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guest and staff Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs Perform preventative maintenance tasks to avoid any breakdowns Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and structural issues and execute timely repairs Maintain open communication with the General Manager regarding facility status and maintenance activities Submit weekly maintenance reports and track work orders or service tickets Follow safety protocols and chemicals responsibly Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds Routine use of office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers may be required Qualifications General experience in repair/maintenance of equipment and physical building General knowledge of HVAC and/or electrical equipment Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, analytical problem solving, and communication skills General understanding of computer skills, including email, excel, and digital maintenance logs Sinclair is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace. Requirements

General experience in repair/maintenance of equipment and physical building
General knowledge of HVAC and/or electrical equipment
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, analytical problem solving, and communication skills
General understanding of computer skills, including email, excel, and digital maintenance logs
