The Associate Relations Supervisor is responsible for leading a team that manages day-to-day associate relations processes, with a focus on corrective actions, performance improvement plans, termination requests, and severance and retention bonus processing. This role is primarily tasked with ensuring timely, consistent, and compliant execution of associate relations activities. As a hands-on leader, this role takes a player-coach approach - driving individual and team results while actively mentoring and developing the Associate Relations Specialists. The Supervisor partners closely with HR leadership and stakeholders across the organization to provide consultation, ensure consistent application of policies, and support initiatives that strengthen the associate experience.
