The Associate Executive Director oversees the overall management and operation of membership & programs, including budget development and control, recruitment and training of staff and volunteers, programming, equipment maintenance, quality checks, enforcing safety standards and other policies and procedures, ensuring high standards of program quality as well as member and participant retention rate. Demonstrates a personal commitment to overall health and wellbeing. Promotes health and wellbeing through inspiring and motivating a positive change in everyone. Builds relationships with members through the YMCA movement. Collaborates (as applicable) through partnerships across YMCA departments and with public, private and other non-profit organizations. The Associate Executive Director component of this position requires that the incumbent serve in an elevated position within the branch and assist the District Executive Director in leading the district. Salary range: $52,500-$55,697 depending on education and experience
