We are actively seeing an Executive Assistant to our Chairman and Founder. In this role you will provide executive support and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external matters relating to the function of Chairman and Founder. This includes client contact, travel, heavy meeting schedule coordinating, materials production and collection. It will also include very personal information and requires organization, attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy relating to all items you will have access to. The job will be in our Denver office and requires you to be in the office 3-4 days a week. The office hours are 7:00 am – 4:00 pm MT. As part of this job you will also need to stay in contact with the Chairman and review email requests and complete tasks as needed outside general office schedules. Training will be provided by the person who has held this position for the firm for decades. The ideal candidate will be creative and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission and results driven. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to balance among multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to manage a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
