About The Position

This role plays a critical role in supporting the growth and execution of EverPass Engage. This individual sits at the intersection of sales, account management, content operations, and partnerships, helping ensure Engage delivers measurable value to customers while scaling efficiently. This role is responsible for identifying and researching prospects in key markets, supporting pipeline tracking and forecasting, curating and managing VOD channels, coordinating with Engage content partners, and assisting Account Management in delivering a high quality customer experience. The Associate will also build and maintain dashboards and reporting that provide leadership with clear insight into revenue performance, usage trends, and growth opportunities. This is a high visibility, cross functional role designed for someone early in their career who wants broad exposure to revenue strategy, customer success, content operations, and business analytics. Success in this position requires strong organization, analytical thinking, reliability, and a proactive approach to supporting both internal teams and external partners. Over time, this role has the opportunity to expand in scope and ownership as Engage continues to scale.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of post-college experience in sales, revenue operations, account management, business operations, media, sports, consulting, or a related field
  • Experience building and maintaining reports, dashboards, or structured trackers in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends that drive growth and retention
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow through
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to support customer facing materials
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a track record of taking ownership and improving processes

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting pipeline tracking, forecasting, content operations, or partner coordination is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Prospect Identification and Market Support
  • Identify and research prospects in key target markets to support Engage growth
  • Build and maintain prospect lists aligned to priority verticals and geographies
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management to refine targeting strategy
  • Track and manage Engage pipeline activity to support revenue growth
  • Content and Channel Operations
  • Curate and manage VOD channels to ensure relevant, high quality content for Engage customers
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure campaigns launch accurately and on time
  • Monitor channel performance and recommend optimizations
  • Learn customer content preferences and recommend new providers
  • Partner Management
  • Support management of Engage-specific content partners
  • Coordinate communication, reporting, and operational needs with external partners
  • Track partner performance and contractual deliverables
  • Account Management and Customer Support
  • Learn and apply the EverPass Account Management playbook
  • Support Account Managers in customer onboarding, renewals, and upsell preparation
  • Assist with customer reporting, insights, and presentations
  • Help ensure a high quality, consistent customer experience
  • Reporting and Forecasting
  • Build and maintain Engage-specific dashboards tracking revenue, usage, customer performance, and pipeline
  • Support quarterly sales forecasting and revenue planning
  • Deliver clear, actionable reporting to leadership
  • Identify trends that drive growth, retention, and monetization
