About The Position

We are looking for an Associate Enrollment Marketing Manager to join the Enrollment Marketing team. This individual will be responsible for the execution and program enrollment results within a large book of business, supporting our health plan clients and regional partnerships (Tier 2 and Tier 3 clients with ~5-100k eligible lives per client). As the Associate Enrollment Marketing Manager, you'll manage approximately 95-110 client accounts and understand each client's unique population. Alongside your colleagues in Client Success, Marketing Operations, Growth, Design, and Data Analytics, you'll help build and execute standard marketing campaigns to help us meet our revenue goals. You'll be focused on influencing and executing our enrollment marketing strategies and best-practices to ensure we motivate people to get moving and feel better. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-velocity and high-growth environment. Additionally, they should have a track record of creative problem solving and be highly organized and detail oriented.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Healthcare related fields
  • 3+ years of professional experience with project management for multiple marketing campaigns using Asana or Salesforce
  • 3+ years of professional experience with tracking and monitoring performance to inform marketing strategy
  • 3+ years of professional experience planning and executing marketing campaigns on behalf of clients
  • Professional experience with campaign management using a wide variety of communication channels such as: digital (email, SMS) to analog (direct mail, OOH, broad awareness, experiential) and beyond (ambassadors, community)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for client-specific communications planning and ongoing campaign execution for a large book of accounts (95-110 accounts)
  • Partner with Client Success to support and influence clients within your shared book of business to meet annual revenue targets
  • Partner with Growth Marketing to execute campaigns that spread awareness about Hinge Health to eligible members
  • Responsible for helping to evolve Enrollment Marketing processes and improving our marketing campaigns
  • Identify opportunities to improve and scale processes in our enrollment marketing processes
